Policies

Fees/lessons

All fees are to be made monthly in advance no exceptions. Please place the dates for payments along side for reference.

For you to gain maximum benefits from your lessons and for sessions to remain level based, it is advised that you commit to a term at a time, riders who attend regular lessons, build and maintain basic muscle tone and coordination required to further their riding skills. They will also soon surpass the riders who do not have regular lessons, which then makes it difficult to teach a group of students with varying levels and abilities, and it is unfair to hold back students who attend regularly. It also makes progress slow if attendance is not on a regular basis.

Riders wanting a term of lessons will be given preference over riders wanting a more casual basis.

Students must be dedicated, open to learning and passionate about furthering their knowledge of riding.

Cancellations

Cancellations are in place for sickness only. If the student attending the lesson is sick, then a make-up lesson can be arranged. However, this can only be used if there is space, and the lesson is taken within 2 weeks. Please let us know ASAP if you or your child is unable to attend due to sickness. We trust your honesty in this situation.

Fitting in a make-up lesson is not always possible but we try our best to accommodate as we understand people get sick.

Make up lessons do not carry over into the holidays.

We ride in all weather (except lightning)

Any other cancellation will result in the full fee for the lesson being retained.

Cancellations may be made via phone call or txt.
