Our Half days are held during the school break and are open to anyone, so bring a friend!
Learn all aspects of horse care & management in a fun, safe environment.

Ridesmart Showjump series
Ride Smart equestrian center hosts a Showjumping series annually. This will be available to those students who are at a suitable riding ability.
Students are required to be at the riding center the day before the show to wash their pony and clean their gear.
The cost includes entry fee as well as pony & gear hire for the day. This is a great introduction to students before competing at outside shows & events.

Events
These shows are not held at our equestrian center.
These shows will only be available to students who are at a suitable riding ability. This is a wonderful opportunity to get an insight into competitive riding and a great way to get additional inspiration and motivation.
These events can include:
Ribbon Days
One Day Events ( ODE ) & Show Jumping
The cost includes Pony & gear hire for the day, transport to and from the show grounds.
Additionally an instructor will be with you for the whole day. Children are required to be at the riding center the day before the show to prepare their pony & equipment.
$200 PP for SJ, SH Dressage ,local shows, additional cost for travel if not local
$300 for Ribbon Days and ODE’s ( these are whole day events ) additional travel costs if not local.

In - Hand clinics
Our In - hand clinics are perfect for those who wish to learn more about handling, ground work and establishing boundaries.
These clinics are 2 hours long and are run by the head coach.
There is a maximum of 5 people per group.
$120 PP
(individual sessions available by appointment)
Camps
Ride Smart equestrian center hosts Horse camps twice a year.
Ride Smart can provide a pony or you are welcome to bring your own.
These camps run for a period of 4 days and are usually held at a variety of locations including NEC

Schooling
Schooling is available at our equestrian center at $420 + GST per week.
We are passionate about developing confident happy horses. Whether you have a green horse or just want to improve upon or work through some issues you may be having,
Each horse is assessed individually and we tailor our training to yours and your horses needs.
Spaces are limited. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Beach & Forest rides
Our forest & beach rides will only be available to our students who are capable of independently controlling their own mount.
These rides will take a minimum of 4 hours.
Students are expected to prep their Horse/ pony for travel - If you are unable to do so then arrangements can be made to meet you at the location.
$200 PP

Agistment
We have Agistment available at our equestrian center for spellers and broodmares.
